Members of The Harvest Collective are connected to a network of knowledgeable growers sharing in the harvest of a collective food system.

Like our cooperative business model, members participate in the decisions and direction of the collective’s farming and other projects through quarterly meetings. Members can also join THC Management Meetings if they wish to embark on the road to become a worker-owner.

Members are responsible for:

• Completing the member orientation packet;

• Working 8 hours (usually 2 workdays) in the Collective each month during the growing season;

• Paying a Membership Fee to cover liability insurance ($50 Yearly, scholarships available).
